massage with Liza
(29:11 Massage Studio)
Liza graduated from massage therapy at the Aveda Institute in 2014. She uses a variety of Doterra oils and cream along with Aveda Chakra sprays during her massages.
She currently isn't taking new clients but will do her best to honor gift cards. If she is unable to honor them in a timely manner, the other therapists will honor them. Please check out the other therapists at the wellness studio if you are seeking a steady therapist. Feel free to call if you'd like to find out more about any of the other businesses within the wellness studio.

Swedish Massage:
As a soothing “wellness” massage for the mind and body, Swedish massage promotes stress release and full body relaxation.

Deep Tissue:
Deep tissue massage addresses target problem areas, aches and pains, spasms and muscle tightness by applying specialized techniques to reach the deeper layers of the muscle. This healing massage promotes increased muscle function and range of motion as well as pain relief.

Cupping:
Liza often uses cupping during your massage, with your permission. It is a safe, traditional treatment that helps resolve chronic muscle tightness and pain faster than massage therapy alone. The suction from the cups increases circulation to the area where the cups are placed. The additional blood flow to that area can help relieve muscle tension and promote cell repair.

Cupping gives your body a boost in releasing those toxins. Focused blood flow helps your body by flushing built-up toxins through the lymphatic system. It also reduces anxiety when the cups glide across your skin, your parasympathetic nervous system engages. This promotes deep relaxation to move through your entire body.

What to Expect:
You will be asked to fill out your form prior to your appointment. It will be emailed to you. We will discuss your massage needs before the session begins.

With your modesty in mind, I exit the room as you disrobe and get on the table; you will be under a sheet and blanket for the entire massage exposing only the area being massaged.

Thermography (DITI)
Medical DITI is a non-invasive, safe, diagnostic tool that pictures and analyzes changes in the skin’s surface temperature without the use of radiation. While X-rays, ultrasound, and mammography show us the structure of the body, they will miss such things as active inflammation and increased blood supply as found in many illnesses. DITI is a unique technology that takes a picture and creates a map of the infrared patterns of the body. It is different from other screening tools because it helps you to see how your body function.

29:11 Wellness Studio hosts Picture My Health who provides this service here every 3 months. Next Date for Thermography at our location here is February 9th & 10th, 2026.

infrared sauna
What is Infrared?

Infrared light (experienced as heat) is the invisible part of the sun’s spectrum with the ability to penetrate human tissue, giving a soothing, natural warmth. It is naturally occurring from the sun and is the basis for Sunlighten sauna therapy.
Sunlighten’s Solocarbon infrared technology is therapeutic because it is 95-99% efficient at heating the body directly rather than simply heating the air. It works to raise the core body temperature to produce a deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level where the majority of toxins reside. (Solocarbon® – The most effective far infrared technology Solocarbon® is Sunlighten’s proprietary far infrared technology that is 95% effective and the only heater on the market clinically shown to raise core temperature, lower blood pressure and aid in weight loss.)

How Safe is Infrared?
Infrared heat is completely safe and healthy for all living things. You can be exposed to infrared light for hours without the risk of burning. Infrared is a naturally occurring output of the sun, but does not contain the harmful UV rays associated with unprotected sunlight. In fact, infrared heat is so safe, it is used in hospitals to warm newborn infants.
Infrared Saunas vs. Traditional
Sunlighten saunas use infrared heat instead of hot rocks or steam used in traditional saunas. Traditional saunas heat the air at extremely high temperatures which can make the experience unbearably hot and difficult to breathe. Because infrared heats the body directly instead of simply heating the air, infrared saunas are seven times more effective for detoxification. In a Sunlighten sauna, you will experience the deepest, most detoxifying sweat of your life.

Sauna Benefits

Detoxification
A Sunlighten sauna generates a sweat 7x more detoxifying than a traditional sauna. Sweating is the body’s safe and natural way to heal & stay healthy. Sunlighten sauna detox occurs by heating the body directly increasing core temperature, resulting in a deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level, where toxins reside.
Weight Loss
Studies have shown an infrared sauna session can burn up to 600 calories. Burn calories while you relax! As the body works to cool itself, there is a substantial increase in heart rate, cardiac output and metabolic rate, causing the body to burn more calories. In fact, a 2009 study showed Sunlighten far infrared therapy to lower weight and waist circumference in just a three-month period.
Lower Blood Pressure
Infrared saunas induce a deep sweat to make the heart pump faster, which in turn increases blood flow, lowers blood pressure and helps circulation. Only Sunlighten saunas are backed by clinical research that shows a reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Both are key factors in maintaining a healthy heart.
Relieve Pain
Infrared heat penetrates tissue, joints, and muscles to relieve anything from minor aches and pains to chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia, and speeds up recovery time. A 2013 study conducted at the Auburn University at Montgomery showed that Sunlighten 3-in-1 treatments can increase flexibility up to 3x.
Improve Circulation
Sauna treatments are like giving your body a passive cardiovascular workout. Heating the muscles with infrared rays produces an increase in blood flow similar to that seen during exercise. Regular infrared sauna use can significantly stimulate blood flow up to twice the normal rate.

Red light therapy (RLT), also known as photobiomodulation, low-level laser therapy, or low-power laser therapy, is a noninvasive treatment that uses low levels of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular function and promote healing.
It is thought to work by targeting mitochondria, the energy-producing structures within cells, increasing their production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which enhances cell repair, growth, and function.
This process may improve skin health, reduce inflammation, and alleviate pain.
In pain management, RLT shows promise for reducing pain and inflammation associated with conditions like fibromyalgia, knee osteoarthritis, non-specific low back pain, and temporomandibular dysfunction (TMD).
It may also help with rheumatoid arthritis by reducing pain and morning stiffness, though evidence for other forms of arthritis like osteoarthritis is less clear.

Emerging research indicates potential benefits for cognitive function in individuals with dementia. Early studies have shown improvements in memory, sleep, and mood after regular transcranial and intranasal red light therapy, with some trials using specific wavelengths like 810 nm and 1070 nm combined with pulsing frequencies (e.g., 10 Hz or 40 Hz) to modulate brain waves.
Red light therapy is also being investigated for its role in wound healing, tissue repair, and reducing side effects from cancer treatments.

Near-infrared light penetrates deeper into the body than red light, making it more effective for muscle recovery, joint pain, and deeper tissue healing.

localized cryotherapy
Localized orthopedic cryotherapy uses extreme cold to target specific orthopedic injuries, helping to reduce pain and inflammation. The treatment involves exposing a small, injured area to very cold temperatures for a short period, which triggers blood vessel constriction to decrease blood flow and swelling. Once the cold is removed, the area warms up and dilates, bringing a rush of oxygen, nutrients, and endorphins to the site for faster healing.

How it works:
-
Reduces pain and swelling: The intense cold interrupts pain signals to the brain by constricting blood vessels, which also decreases inflammation.
-
Boosts healing: After the cold is removed, the vessels dilate, and the body sends a flood of nutrient-rich blood and oxygen to the area to support tissue repair.
-
Helps with recovery: It can be used to manage pain and aid in the recovery from sports injuries, musculoskeletal issues, and even after surgery.
-
Improves joint function: By reducing pain and inflammation, it can improve flexibility and joint function.

How it's administered:
-
Targeted application: A device is used to apply cold vapor to a specific area, such as a joint or muscle, for 30 to 90 seconds.
-
Session frequency: A single area can be treated once every 24 hours.
-
Post-treatment: After the session, it is often recommended to hydrate and engage in gentle rehabilitation exercises to help strengthen the area.
-
This service pairs very well with red light for additional healing.

-
Reduced pain and muscle spasms
-
Decreased inflammation and swelling
-
Faster recovery from soft tissue injuries and surgeries

What is it?
The ionic detox is a therapy that uses negative ions to cleanse the body of toxins. The ions attach themselves to the toxins and then are flushed out through the feet, which are immersed in a saltwater bath. Most people can benefit from this therapy, as it is gentle and safe.

Regular use can aid in:
• Cellular Cleansing
• Anti-Aging
• Joint/Pain Relief
• Weight Loss
• Activate the body’s natural elimination system, including lymph node
• Boosted Immune System
• Clearer Skin Complexion
• Increased Circulation
• Reduced Stress & Fatigue
• Reduced Swelling/Inflammation
• Improved Joint Stiffness
• and More!

Boosts immune system
The Ionic Detox footbath uses charged particles called ions to create an ionic field that cleanses and purifies the body. The system ionizes water molecules, separating water (H2O) into H+ and OH- ions.
Weight Loss
The Ionic Detox footbath assists in the process of weight loss by burning calories in your body. Regulates the blood sugar levels too. Foot detox gets considered healthy for the heart as well.
Joint & Pain Relief
The Ionic Detox footbath machine works by connecting with positive and negative ions in order to neutralize them on contact. The pain relief comes as a result because the toxins causing inflammation are being flushed out of your body.
Reduces Stress & Fatigue
Use of the ionic detox foot bath lowers and continuously removes the heavy metals in the body which only leads to improved health. Boosts the mood and relieves stress. A body that is optimized to function at full capacity will lessen worry and anxiety. This, in turn, improves the outlook and mood of a person which in turn helps you to cope with stress.

vibroacoustic therapy
Vibroacoustic Therapy is a unique form of therapy that combines sound and vibrations to restore the body's optimal health. The human body is a complex cellular communication system that transfers energetic "information" throughout the body. When the flow of this information is compromised, it can result in physical injury, chronic stress and inflammation, or other forms of disease.

How it works?
Vibroacoustic Therapy works by delivering soundwaves into the body, converting them into electrical energy, and influencing the overall energetic state of the body. The therapy serves to clear blockages in communication systems, promote the return of compromised cells to a state of homeostasis, and ultimately restore the body's health.
What does it do?
In addition to its therapeutic benefits, Vibroacoustic Therapy also offers an immersive experience. The therapy can change one's perception of the body in space, entrain the brainwave patterns to states of deep meditation, and promote non-ordinary states of consciousness. This connected state can provide an individual with the ability to achieve unique benefits for modern-day living.
